Since c/s cbc585158f ("x86/mce: eliminate unnecessary NR_CPUS-sized arrays"), struct mc_telem_cpu_ctl was introduced and has been used as the type of per-cpu variables rather than global variables. However, some comments within it have not been updated accordingly.
