"Tech Preview" means no security support.  But given how incomplete it
is, maybe "Experimental" would be a better designation.

A large proportion of features require support both in the hypervisor
and in the toolstack.  It doesn't make sense to talk about them
separately; it makes sense to put them where the "core" of their
implementation resides.
