[Xen-devel] [PATCH 0/2] x86: further GS handling fixes

1: don't latch wrong (stale) GS base addresses
2: fix asm() constraint for GS selector update

Patch 1 is strictly a bug fix. Patch 2 could be considered a merely
cosmetic change, as there's no known bad effect from the wrong
constraint so far, but personally I think it should nevertheless be
considered for 4.10.
