The issues of funding and remuneration will delay/derail progress more than all of the technical challenges combined. I agree. My expectation would be to first see whether we can make progress on 2-3 as this affects code size to be certified. Without knowing how much code we are looking at, it will be impossible to have any credible discussion about funding. I am not intending to delay this discussion: primarily looking at this from a critical path perspective.
