I think so, yes. There doesn't seem to be a way to define the
document title in a way that's the same across markdown processors.
markdown(1) just spits the `%' out as a literal (and indeed it doesn't
generate a <head> element at all).
I should perhaps have mentioned this issue in the commit message.
We already have a lot of .pandoc files in docs/. Do you think this is
bad for SUPPORT.md ? If so I can probably work around the lack of a
title by treating the first section specially - but of course then we
are inventing our own weird kind of markdown :-).
