[Xen-devel] [PATCH] drop {,acpi_}reserve_bootmem()



Both are entirely unused (to be fair, reserve_bootmem() has a use inside
an "#if 0" section in x86's mpparse.c, but if we were to re-enable that
code, it would need doing differently anyway).
