just a quick check:

    if (nv->nv_vvmcx != NULL && nv->nv_vvmcxaddr != vmcbaddr) {
        ASSERT(nv->nv_vvmcxaddr != INVALID_PADDR);
        hvm_unmap_guest_frame(nv->nv_vvmcx, 1);
        nv->nv_vvmcx = NULL;
        nv->nv_vvmcxaddr = INVALID_PADDR;
    }
