Actually, you can test this series simply using upstream Linux and upstream Xen + this series. You can use echo mem > /sys/power/state in dom0 to go into suspend, and for example setup an RTC wakeup event to wakeup after a certain amount of time. For instance echo +30 > /sys/class/rtc/rtc0/wakealarm. For the Xilinx MPSoC, Linux 4.19 works fine with defconfig.
