Define the type for each of the supported vm_event rings (paging, monitor and sharing) and replace the ring param field with this type. Replace XEN_DOMCTL_VM_EVENT_OP_ occurrences with their corresponding XEN_VM_EVENT_TYPE_ counterpart.
