[Xen-devel] [PATCH v9 23/28] x86_64/asm: Change all ENTRY+END to SYM_CODE_*



Here, all assembly code which is marked using END (and not ENDPROC) is
changed. All these are switched to appropriate new markings
SYM_CODE_START and SYM_CODE_END.
