The code paths start at VCPUOP_set_periodic_timer,
VCPUOP_stop_periodic_timer, VCPUOP_set_singleshot_timer and
VCPUOP_stop_singleshot_timer. AFAICT it's mostly a matter of copying
the state and staring the timer if it was already active on the
parent.
