[Xen-devel] [PATCH v2 7/7] x86/ucode/intel: Fold structures together



With all the necessary cleanup now in place, fold struct
microcode_header_intel into struct microcode_patch and drop the struct
microcode_intel temporary ifdef-ary.

No functional change.
