Ick, I guess I'm also demonstrating how close to the head I was versus
how close I /thought/ I was.

Adjustment is pretty simple, "/arch/*/efi/ebmalloc.c" would be added to
xen/.gitignore in patch #06.  "/include/*.h" would bd added to
tools/.gitignore in patch #10 (though #10 was pretty beta anyway).

Just noticing how "xen/include/headers*.chk" had been present in the top
.gitignore, which has significant overlap with all the headers.chk
entries in tools/.
