By temporary I mean that we may want to time-limit turning off a certain part 
of the ABU because, whilst it is problematic for some customers, it could (and 
is likely to) have measurable benefits to others. Thus you keep the feature off 
only until any customers running OS that have problems have upgraded their 
installations.
