Xen 4.15 RC5

Xen 4.15 RC5 is now available.

It is available from git:

Please send bug reports and test reports to
xen-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.  When sending bug reports, please CC
relevant maintainers and me (iwj@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx).

I am hoping that this will be the last RC.  Please send any reports
of serious bugs (or brown paper bag mistakes) quickly, or we may have
to release without the fix.
