[PATCH v2 08/10] xen/arm: smmuv3: Remove unnecessary oom message

Backport Linux commit affa909571b0. This is the clean backport without
any changes.

Fixes scripts/checkpatch.pl warning:
WARNING: Possible unnecessary 'out of memory' message

Remove it can help us save a bit of memory.
