I find this odd. Even 1.14.0 post-dates 4.14.0, so I don't see what we
could have updated to at the time. Furthermore I believe we never
updated SeaBIOS after the initial major release, so to be honest I
consider the above insufficient justification (i.e. lack of detail).
That said, SeaBIOS changes over the last couple of years look to have
been pretty minor, so hopefully we indeed won't run into issues from
doing this backport. We may even want to reconsider what we've done so
far, towards updating for dot-releases as well.
