[XEN PATCH 0/4] xen: address MISRA C:2012 Rule 5.3

Rule 5.3 has the following headline:
"An identifier declared in an inner scope shall not hide an
identifier declared in an outer scope".

The following two strategies are adopted to deal with som violations
of this rule:
- renaming of local variables, functions or parameters;
- removal of unnecessary parameters from function definitions.

No functional changes.
