[XEN PATCH v2 3/3] arm/efi: address MISRA C:2012 Rule 5.3



Rule 5.3 has the following headline:
"An identifier declared in an inner scope shall not hide an
identifier declared in an outer scope"

The file-scope variable 'fdt' is shadowed by function parameters,
and thus violates the rule, hence it's renamed to 'fdt_efi'

No functional changes.
