[XEN PATCH] xen/pci: drop remaining uses of bool_t

The remaining occurrences of the type bool_t in the header
file can be removed. This also resolves violations of
MISRA C:2012 Rule 8.3 introduced by 870d5cd9a91f
("xen/IOMMU: Switch bool_t to bool").
