Hi,

as it is increasingly useful for me, I'd like to add these debugging
features.

PATCH 1 (Xen): add debug_op hypercall.  Used to set debugging points.
  Also defines and implement the debugging points.
PATCH 2 (Linux): support for debug_op hypercall
PATCH 3 (Xen): xenitp tool.  This is the low-level debugger.

Rather heavily tested on VTi.
