Hi Tristan,

   This sounds really cool, but is there some glue missing to make
xenitp build-able?  It fails to find the xen headers if I don't 'make
tools' before trying to build it.  Even with the rest of tools built, it
fails to find PAGE_SIZE and PAGE_SHIFT defined anywhere.  Thanks,
