[Xen-users] dhcp does not work for domU

I enable dhcp in the configuraion file. Yet, the domU can not reliably 
get an IP. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.
In one instance I have dom0 with fixed IP and on another box it is 
running dhcp.
Am I missing any configuration parameters?
