I faced the same problem, and BSD was not mentioned in
the $KERNELS variable in the Makefile.
What is the make command you gave?
Try make world, make xen, make tools, or make kernels
(mind you, they all do different things, so try make
world first, then the others as per when you update
the corresponding components).
When I did this, the problem was solved. Make sure you
have linux-2.6.11.tar.bz2 in your xen-2.0 directory,
else it will try to download it (and if it can't)
might throw up errors.
