Hi,

I'm having trouble booting xen.  Both on Feroda and Ubuntu, I get the
same error during boot:

Root-NFS: No NFS server available, giving up.
VFS: Unable to mount root fs via NFS, trying floppy.
VFS: Insert root floppy and press Enter

I would appriciate any pointers on how to get it to work.  Thanks a lot.
