The "pci" and "physdev_dom0_hide" parameters take PCI IDs as parameters (Bus 
number:device number:function, as displayed by "lspci"), not ISA Bus Port 
numbers.

AFAIK sharing of ISA resources isn't implemented, so you'll have to use a PCI 
Serial Card or an USB->Serial converter if you want a real serial port under 
domU
