[Xen-users] what to install for a newbie about xen ?

Hi xen users,
after looking the available possibilitys about downloadable
versions/packages; what - as a newbie i am - to download and install:
binary packages or to compile from source ?
Are there also other tools for xen i didn't find on the net ?
