[Xen-users] error saveing a domain

I see the following error mesage while saving a domain:
Error:Error: [Failure instance: Traceback:
twisted.internal.error.ConnectionRefusedError, Connection wasy 
refused by the other side:111: Connection refused.


xend is running and I am able to create/destroy domains. Suspend, however, doesn't work.
