[Xen-users] initrd creation failed and lsmod doesnot work

I Have installed FC3 and have configured xen-2.0.7 src  on it

THE syatem is Xeon proceessor 

I am able to boot on xen Dom0 and create domU also

But no initrd image was created during the xen make and

$touch /lib/modules/2.6.11-1.1369_FC4xenU/modules.dep

$sbin/mkinitrd /boot/initrd-2.6.11-1.1369xenU.img 2.6.11-1.1369_FC4xenU
gives error like

$No module mptbase found for kernel 2.6.11-xenU, aborting.

The booting time various modules are not loaded

it says insmod error and some version mismatch error is also occuring like shown below
