I've got a gateway parm in the config file (and a netmask one). Mind
you, my 2nd level systems are also set up with an appropriate gateway
and netmask.

As for the interfaces: they just work - xen 2.0.7/kernel 2.6.11.12
(luckily this one
works on this box - newer kernels seem to hang it!)
