Hi Anand, 

I am not sure if this currently still an issue, but I experienced that you 
have to leave a blank between the brackets and the quotes at the disk-line in 
your config file:

disk = 
[ 'file:/vserver/images/fai.img,hda1,w','file:/vserver/images/fai-swap.img,h
da2,w' ]
