[Xen-users] "Initializing CPU#3" then crash at boot

Just managed to successfully compile a customized Xen kernel under
Debian (stable).  A couple of important things were: use "ARCH=xen make"
instead of "make" when compiling the kernel, and to turn off Message
Signaled Interrupts.  But when the kernel boots it freezes right after
it says "Initializing CPU#3"
