This is "default" behaviour. You can assign whatever IP addresses you
want in the bridged setup to the domU's ethernet interfaces.

Did you read the documentation and played around with the default,
documented installation of the bridged network setup? If so, what
problem do you face when trying to do your setup? If not please read the
docs first?
