Note down domU vifs.

> network-bridge stop
> ifdown eth0
> ifup eth0
> network-bridge start

Re-add domU vifs from above. network-bridge deletes then recreates the
xenbr0. So you have to manually copy the domU's vif onto the new
bridge.
