Linux Format magazine's March 2006 issue has a tutorial on installing  
Xen with Fedora Core 4.  I found it simple to use and am recommending  
it as our internal tutorial at NetApp.  However, others here are  
using Debian as the Dom0 Linux.
I think it all boils down to personal preference, and/or introduction  
to Xen.
