CentOS!

For our servers we needed a distro with theese properties:

  (1) free
  (2) stable
  (3) not moving (no changing API/config file format/package dep/...)
  (4) recent security updates
  (5) longterm security update support (>= 2a)
  (6) server oriented

debian/stable  conflicts with (4) :-(
debian/testing conflicts with (3) and probably (2)
fedora core    conflicts with (3), (5) and probably (2)
RHEL, SLES     conflict  with (1)
ubuntu/breezy  conflicts with (5) and (6) (may change with dapper)

I am perfectly happy with the RHEL-rebuild CentOS, it meets all our
needs. The CentOS-rebuild of the upcoming RHEL5 (end of this year) will
support xen out-of-the-box. I'll checkout ubunty/dapper drake when it's
final (june), too.
