Hello Tom,

that looks nice. I have installed the kernel patch, but make-kpkg
bails out with an error:

$ fakeroot make-kpkg --append-to-version=-xen0 --revision=x40.1
--added-patches=xen kernel-image modules-image
exec debian/rules  DEBIAN_REVISION=x40.1  APPEND_TO_VERSION=-xen0
