thanks .. after recompiler xen-3.0.2 kernel and incrace loop device it's work fine now  .
don't know why setting max_loop=32 in Grub not work for me ..

But you may check your max_loop - as you need to extend your number of loop devices if using file backed domU's

Hello

Is xen (3.0.2) have *limit*ations to run more than 4 virtual machine at
th same time ?
I got below error measge when I create 5th virtual machine :

xen-1:/etc/xen# xm list
Name ID Mem(MiB) VCPUs State Time(s)

vm2 8 512 1 -b---- 3.2

Using config file "vm5-centos3".
Error: Device 2049 (vbd) could not be connected. Backend device not found.
xen-1:/etc/xen#
