wen i used:  
#yum install kernel-xen0
the kernel, xen.gz-2.6.16-1.2111_FC5xen0 was added, &is wat i used.
the other modules are:
vmlinuz-2.6.16-1.2111_FC5xen0
initrd-2.6.16-1.2111_FC5xen0.img

the Xen version 3.0

What Linux (Xen0) kernel are you using? (and what xen version?)
