both problems I have since all 3.0-Xen-versions with several 
Win-installations on several different Intel-VT-systems.
Unfortunately I didn't found any solution except of using SDL only for 
installation, VNC maybe for remote-monitoring the boot-process and RDP 
for accessing the HVM-domain!
