Thanks for the help so far.  One simple question, where do I get the
vmlinuz-2.6-xenU kernel?

[root@db4 ~]# xm create -c centos.4-3.xen.cfg
Using config file "centos.4-3.xen.cfg".
Error: Kernel image does not exist: /boot/vmlinuz-2.6-xenU
