Hi,

i have found some doku now. (And it work till now!!!)
It is a Problem of the DELL PE 1850/2850

Change the Boot-Options in Grub by adding "noirqbalance" at the end of 
the line "kernel ..."
I would like to know if your problem is fixed, too.
