Matt,
I can't say that I've tried this but you could try to point the disk to the physical disk Windows is on.
In your config file: ... disk = [ 'phy:/dev/hda1,ioemu:hda,rw' ] ...
Replace /dev/hda1 with the correct path to the windows partition.
Let us know what happens. This is an interested test.
