Ok, so I can force early load of megaraid.o module and devfs....but
which is the module for devfs?

The default XEN kernel comes without support for devfs. As devfs is opposed
to be removed in the next time, you should probably go for another initrd
creator, like eg. yaird (get it from backports.org).
