Are you using NetworkManager to manage your ethernet connections in Dom0? If 
so, reconfigure using YaST to use the traditional ifup/ifdown method and 
networking should work. Because of the scripts used by XEN to maintain it's 
virtual adapters it doesn't work well with NetworkManager.
