Hi,

 Well, it seem's not everything it's okey. I've noticed that if the memory 
from the motherboard it's in dual-channel that the system just reboot anyway.

 I've been testing the system with 3Gb memory, so the memory was not on 
dual-channel. If using 1Gb memory, than the system just run's fine.
 Strange.
