Asking for Dell guys, I got:

"The only Dell servers that currently support VT in the BIOS are the
PE6800 and PE6850."

Note: PE is PowerEdge, my PE2850 doesn't work too.

So, you can't use guest OS with 64 bits, but you will be able to run
guest OS with 32 bits (is it correct? :)
