RE: [Xen-users] What speed is it when run win2003 on the xen?



E6400 core 2 duo,  

Patriot 2GB Dual Channel DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Memory,

2-320GB Seagate sataII drives & 1-320GB Western Digatal SataII drive in MD software RAID 5,

ECS NFORCE 570 SLIT-A (v5.1) Motherboard. 

I would not recommend this motherboard unless you are on a tight budget, it sucks big time.  ECS does not have any phone support, and the latest bios breaks a lot of stuff on the board.  DO NOT GET THIS MOTHERBOARD.  I will sell you mine if you want it.  I believe the Raid would perform faster if I didn’t mix in the Western Digital.  I still have to work on it.

I don't have vs2005 installed.  What are you concerned about? CPU performance, disk performance, memory performance?  Is there a specific benchmark program you want me to run?

Somebody tell me that was very slowly. His compute was double Xeron 3.0 and
2G memory. He said that speed is fine when run setup on text mode. But it
was very very slowly when system enter the Gui.
