You need VT version of BIOS which can enable VT support in your BIOS.

That's not it. On all 3 VT systems I've seen, there is an explicit entry in the BIOS that says "virtualization extensions [enable/disable]" If there's
nothing like that in your BIOS, I'd assume that even though the chipset
might support VT, the BIOS does not. You could see if ASUS has a newer BIOS
out for your board.  If they don't, I'd poke around the forums on the ASUS
global site.  Unfortunately, I've recently had bad luck with ASUS BIOS
support.
