Prebuild packages on xensource.com for x86_64 haven't vnc and hvm
support (compiled with dev86). Is it right? I tried but i when i start
a new VM (for example Windows 2003 host) nothing appears on xm dmesg.
If i recompile from sources will i have hvm and vnc support?

I think/hope so. I have no 64bit test machine,m but the 32 packages
have hvm support (which what these are needed for)

Build from sources.
